Juventus Academy Hong Kong – Terms & Conditions
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before enrolling. They outline our policies regarding liability, enrolment, payments, cancellations, conduct, and consent. By enrolling your child, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
1. Liability
Participation in sports carries inherent risks. By enrolling in Juventus Academy Hong Kong, you acknowledge and accept that Juventus Academy Hong Kong, its owners, coaches, and staff are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, loss, or damage arising during or after participation in any academy activity or session.
2. Enrolment & Payments
- A one time, non-refundable membership fee is required upon first time registration. This fee is mandatory for all new participants and must be paid in full to confirm enrolment.
- The membership fee includes the official Juventus Academy Hong Kong welcome pack, which consists of: Full Juventus Academy uniform for the first season, water bottle. bag, priority access to camps, clinics, trips, and special events that may occur.
- This fee is separate from term tuition fees and does not contribute toward class or course payments.
- All programme fees must be paid in full before the first session of the course or training block.
- Juventus Academy Hong Kong does not offer pay-per-session services. Enrolment ment is for the full term or designated block.
- If a participant joins a course after it has begun, fees will be pro-rated accordingly.
- Attendance at any session without prior registration will be considered enrolment, and full payment for the block will be required.
3. Cancellations, Credits & Refunds
- Sessions cancelled by Juventus Academy Hong Kong (e.g., due to venue issues or extreme weather) will be credited to future enrolments. Refunds will not be issued.
- No credits or refunds will be given for sessions missed by a student for personal reasons.
- No credit will be provided for sessions cancelled after they have started (e.g., early termination due to weather or behaviour).
- Students who withdraw after a course has started are not eligible for any refund.
- Training will be cancelled if the Hong Kong Observatory issues:
• Black Rainstorm Warning, or
• Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above
Cancellations for any other reasons will be at the discretion of Juventus Academy Hong Kong management.
4. Conduct & Academy Rules
- Children under the age of 5 must be always accompanied by an adult.
- Children aged 5 and above may be left unaccompanied, but parents/guardians must ensure punctual drop-off and collection.
- Coaches are not responsible for children outside of official training hours. Late collection must be communicated in advance to the coaching team or administration.
- All students must wear the official Juventus Academy Hong Kong kit (shirt, shorts, socks) to every session. Failure to do so may result in the player being excluded from that session.
- Shin guards are strongly recommended for all participants
- Juventus Academy Hong Kong reserves the right to suspend or expel any student from a session, a course block, or the academy entirely due to misconduct, disruptive behaviour, or breaches of these terms.
5.Photography & Media Consent
Juventus Academy Hong Kong may take photos and videos during sessions for marketing and promotional purposes. Players will not be identified by name without prior parental consent. If you do not wish for your child to be photographed, please notify the academy in writing.
6. Consent & Agreement
By enrolling in Juventus Academy Hong Kong or participating in a trial class, you confirm that:
- You understand and accept the risks associated with sports participation.
- You have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
- You accept the non-refundable nature of the membership fee and acknowledge your obligation to pay all applicable tuition fees.
